  1. Couldn't really figure out how to check the population size questions such as 1c. Any ideas?

  2. How about doing things backwards? Assume you know the sample size which you obtained from the half-width. Plug it in step 2 and compare the resulting confidence interval to yours.

  3. Very useful, but yeah I wish there were interchangeable parts, say we are looking for a half-width. In this model we would have to assume a value to start and then eventually find our answer.
